The following is the confirmed schedule of events for the weekend conference. Please refer to this webpage for the latest, updated schedule. Though unlikely, if any changes are necessary during the conference, we will communicate changes with attendees as soon as possible.

friday, april 5
  • 12:00pm-8:00pm: Registration/Check-In at the Asian American Cultural Center (AACC, 295 Crown Street)
    • Please check in as soon as possible so that we will be able to provide you with our welcome packet, which contains all the information you will need for the conference.
  • 12:00pm-6:00pm: Tours of the Asian American Cultural Center
  • 6:00pm-8:00pm: Welcome Reception
    • Cohosted with the Yale Alumni Association and Association of Asian American Yale Alumni (AAAYA) at ROÌA Restaurant and Cafe
  • 7:30pm-9:00pm: AASA x Affiliate Organizations Night Market with performances @ AACC
  • 8:00pm-9:30pm: Archival Exhibit Opening @ AACC
  • 9:30pm: Drinks at Olives and Oil (124 Temple Street)
    • Wristband required for Happy Hour prices
Saturday, april 6
